### Our verdict

Konnektive is the pick if you already run paid-traffic volume on your own landers and you need multi-MID routing, subscriptions, affiliate commissions and call-center order entry in one CRM. Skip it if you want a page builder, a price on the website, or rebills that can move to another merchant account. Checkout Champ sells the funnel pages for this CRM and shows its Growth price before you book a call.

### Is Konnektive real?

You have heard the name beside Checkout Champ and Sticky.io, and you want to know if a product exists before you book time with a rep.

It does. [Checkout Champ's CRM page](https://checkoutchamp.com/features/crm/) says Checkout Champ is built on top of Konnektive. The [Konnektive homepage](https://konnektive.com/) calls it "The Best CRM & Payment Platform For Ecommerce & Affiliate Marketers." The main button says Schedule A Call. That page also cites 200M+ transactions, 60K merchants, and over $7 billion processed annually. Those three figures are the company's own.

If you want funnel pages and a price you can see before you talk to sales, [read the Checkout Champ review](/reviews/checkout-champ). Keep going here if the landers already exist and the open question is the system that takes the order.

My take: take the call when you already run volume on pages you control and you need gateway routing, subscriptions, affiliate commissions and phone orders in one CRM. Skip the call if you wanted a visual editor for the lander, or a price the website actually shows.

### What you are actually buying

Konnektive keeps the campaign, the affiliate, the order and the processor in one CRM. The lander stays on a host you control. The site tells you to create form code for those pages and to capture partial data while the visitor is still typing. One-click upsells, order bumps and subscription billing sit on that checkout path.

The [campaign types article](https://help.konnektive.com/konnektive-crm/crm-setup/campaign-setup/campaign-types) describes three setups. A lander campaign is the standard funnel. An e-commerce campaign is the cart-style catalog. A phone campaign is the one a call center uses when an agent types the order, and affiliate commissions can sit on the same campaign. The article says: "If you would like C/S agents to manually enter orders into Konnektive, you will need to have a phone campaign created."

The same article explains two ways to connect a page you host somewhere else. "You can either use Konnektive's form-code to integrate your pages to Konnektive, or you can pass the data directly to Konnektive's API." The public API is documented at [apidocs.konnektive.com](https://apidocs.konnektive.com/). It lists a library of 500+ integrations, and it describes the platform as PCI Level 1 and HIPAA compliant.

The same page lists load balancing, decline salvage and chargeback tools along with the processor count. You bring the HTML. The CRM stores the campaign, runs the charge, keeps the subscription and tracks the commission.

### Multi-MID routing stops at the rebill

Konnektive advertises 250+ payment processors, 100+ currencies, programmable MID selection and unlimited merchant accounts. The line it pairs with that list is "Reduce merchant fees with programmable mid selection." The first sale can be steered across the accounts you already have.

The help doc for the [Advanced Transaction Routing Interface](https://help.konnektive.com/konnektive-crm/gateway-setup/advanced-transaction-routing-interface-atri) limits what that steering covers. ATRI handles only the initial sale. Recurring billings keep charging the gateway that approved the original transaction. A subscription that starts on one merchant account stays there.

A soft decline on that first attempt can move. "If a soft decline occurs on any gateway within the profile, that transaction will be routed to the cascade profile for immediate reattempts (up to 5)."

Model the first order and the renewal as two different problems. The cascade handles the first approval. Renewals stay on the gateway that approved that sale.

### Konnektive vs Checkout Champ

Checkout Champ is the version that publishes a price and includes the funnel pages. On [its pricing page](https://checkoutchamp.com/pricing), Growth is $300 a month plus 1% of gross sales processed through the platform. The CRM under those pages is this one, by Checkout Champ's own description.

Konnektive is the engine, and the pages are yours. konnektive.com does not publish a plan grid. The order form you sign is allowed to differ from the exhibit in the [end-user agreement](https://konnektive.com/assets/7-EULA.pdf).

Choose Checkout Champ if you want those pages included and a Growth price you can type into a spreadsheet today. [The plans and the funnel builder](/reviews/checkout-champ) are in that review. Konnektive is the one to price when a developer already owns the landers and a contract from a call is an acceptable start.

A comment on [r/shopify\_growth](https://www.reddit.com/r/shopify%5Fgrowth/comments/1v90f86/anyone%5Fhere%5Fmoved%5Faway%5Ffrom%5Fcheckout%5Fchamp%5For/) puts Checkout Champ next to Sticky.io. Checkout Champ fits when the work is the checkout itself. Sticky.io comes up when the subscription rules get harder to run.

### Konnektive alternatives

The packaged front end is the switch when you want this engine with funnel pages and a published Growth price. The review linked above is where the plans are spelled out.

Sticky.io is the other name in that conversation. A [Trustpilot review](https://www.trustpilot.com/review/konnektive.com) of Konnektive describes a move from Sticky onto this CRM. One reviewer, one move.

[CartFlows](/reviews/cartflows) and [FunnelKit](/reviews/funnelkit) are the path when the store is WooCommerce and the checkout should live in WordPress. Reach for them when the catalog already runs on WooCommerce. The processor list and the phone-order screen are a different job, and they are the reason this CRM exists for high-volume offers.

The [sales funnel software roundup](/best/sales-funnel-software) is for the lander you still have to build. This CRM is the relevant one once that page already exists and the order path is the open problem. Every review on the site is listed in [the review index](/reviews). Vendor documents, pricing pages and public comments are the sources, and [the method](/methodology) is written down in one place.

### Konnektive CRM pricing

There is no self-serve signup and no trial. The [billing policy](https://konnektive.com/terms/billing-policy.html) says accounts are prepaid. "Subscription and Service fees are non-refundable and will not be prorated at any time." If you cancel in the middle of a paid month, you do not get those unused days back.

Ending the account takes an email to admin@konnektive.com, plus a call with the cancellation team. "In the event any payment is 15 days past due the account may be disabled until balances are paid in full." While the account is disabled, the policy says your data may be unavailable.

The exhibit in the agreement is the public baseline. Your order form can differ from it. The marketing site does not publish a pricing table that matches the exhibit and the order form.

### What buyers report after they are in

Public write-ups keep coming back to the admin screen. [Software Finder](https://softwarefinder.com/crm/konnektive) says finding your way around can be hard, and it still treats the campaign tools as a fit for direct-to-consumer brands that are scaling. A [Capterra review](https://www.capterra.com/p/192116/Konnektive-CRM/) says the tool felt easier after the reviewer learned the screens. The hard part is those first weeks in the admin.

Price comments are short. On a [dropshipping thread about one-step checkout](https://www.reddit.com/r/dropship/comments/l4nwtx/one%5Fstep%5Fcheckout/), a poster warns that this kind of checkout costs real money. That thread is about one-step checkout, and the warning there is the cost.

When the pages are yours and the missing piece is the order path, [read the Checkout Champ review](/reviews/checkout-champ) if you would rather start from a published Growth price. Book the Konnektive call only if the engine, with your own HTML, is the thing you meant to buy.

##### What works

* Konnektive lists 250+ processors, 100+ currencies and programmable MID selection, and a soft decline on the first sale can cascade across the routing profile.
* Phone campaigns let a call center enter an order by hand. Lander campaigns connect to pages you already host.
* Checkout Champ's CRM page says that product is built on Konnektive. The company that sells the packaged funnels says so in public.

##### What to watch

* Subscription and service fees are non-refundable, and they are not prorated for a partial month. An unpaid balance can disable the account. Your data may be unavailable until that balance is paid.
* Recurring billings stay on the merchant account that approved the first sale. The routing profile leaves those renewals where they started.
* User reviews say the admin dashboard takes time to learn. The price comes from a sales call, and the order form you sign can replace the standard agreement.

### Frequently asked questions

Is Konnektive the same product as Checkout Champ?

Checkout Champ sells the funnel pages. This is the order system underneath them. You connect pages you already host.

Where do the landing pages come from?

You bring the HTML. Konnektive stores the campaign, runs the charge, keeps the subscription and tracks the commission.

Do renewals follow the routing rules?

They stay on the merchant account that approved the first sale. A soft decline on that first attempt can be tried again, up to five times.

Can I try Konnektive before I pay?

You book a call. The billing policy describes prepaid fees, not a try-before-you-pay period.

How is this different from a landing page tool?

A landing page tool makes the page. This system takes the order after that page exists, including phone orders and affiliate commissions.
